Returns & Exchanges

At Rat Betty, we want you to love your jewelry as much as we loved making it. If your piece isn't quite right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for a different size.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the jewelry back in its original Rat Betty branded box and ensure it is securely packed in a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked service of your choice to send the package back to our studio address.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your item to ensure it is in unworn condition, we will process your refund or ship your new size within 5 business days.
